He, therefore, tries to prove it as an axiom by practical reason or ethics. Kant believes freedom as the quality of human will. He has known free will to be the same as autonomous will; that is, human will would be considered free in such a case that it causes some effects while being itself not caused by the other. He passes from negative meaning of freedom to its positive meaning. Such being considered, the law governing free will would be founded by itself. Again Kant knows free will and ethical rule to be the same; it, however, does not mean that those acting unethical are not free. He takes such an idea upon which religious ethics would be called a rule by others and thereof contrary to one`s freedom. In the paper, this view of Kant has been critically studied and it has proved that there is no disagreement between religious ethics and one`s own freedom.}, keywords = {Kant,Autonomy,will,practical reason,Religious ethics,will to virtue,Free will}, title_fa = {آزادی و خودمختاری انسان از دیدگاه کانت و نقد و بررسی آن}, abstract_fa = {کانت، حوزة عقل نظری را ناتوان از اثبات خودمختاری و آزادی انسان می‌داند، و می‌کوشد از طریق عقل عملی یا اخلاق، آن را به عنوان اصل موضوع اثبات ‌نماید. وی اعتقاد دارد که اگر آزادی و خودمختاری بخواهد صفت چیزی باشد، باید صفت اراده باشد. او ارادة آزاد را با ارادة خودمختار هم‌سان می‌داند؛ یعنی اراده هنگامی آزاد است که علت ایجاد آثار و اعمالی باشد، در حالی که خود معلول امر دیگری نباشد. او از معنای سلبی آزادی، به معنای ایجابی آن منتقل می‌شود و قانون حاکم بر آن، خودتحمیلی یا خودمختارانه باشد؛ یعنی قانون حاکم بر خود را خود وضع نماید. او همچنین ارادة آزاد را با ارادة تحت قانون اخلاقی یکی می‌داند و البته به این معنا نیست که افرادی که غیر اخلاقی عمل می‌کنند، آزاد نیستند. کانت تا آنجا پیش می‌رود که اخلاق دینی را «دیگر آیین» و در نتیجه منافی با خودمختاری انسان می‌داند. این دیدگاه کانت در مقاله حاضر مورد نقد قرار گرفته و اثبات شده است که اخلاق دینی منافاتی با خودمختاری انسان ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {کانت,خودمختاری,اراده,عقل عملی,اخلاق دینی,اراده نیک,اراده آزاد,دیگرآیینی}, url = {https://raj.smc.ac.ir/article_2292.html}, eprint = {https://raj.smc.ac.ir/article_2292_7722384d7722697f8d69eec0730a2044.pdf} }
