These two creatures gratify one another in life. Some undeniable physiological differences , however , can be easily seen between them. The very differences have been followed by some differences in rights. When regarding the whole Islamic set of law , it will be found that the differences in rights are due to wisdom and justice. Therefore , no injustice can be seen in the field between man and women. از دیدگاه قرآن، زن و مرد هویت یکسان داشته و از موهبت‏هاى الهى به یک میزان برخوردارند. این دو مایه ى عفت و آرامش یکدیگرند. اما تفاوت‏هاى انکار ناپذیرى نیز بین این دو وجود دارد. اگر به نظام حقوقى اسلام به صورت مجموعه توجه شود، روشن مى‏شود که اختلافات حقوقى بین زن و مرد در اسلام دقیقا بر واقعیت و حکمت استوار است و هریک به میزان برخوردارى از حقوق، به وظایفى نیز مکلّف گشته اند. https://raj.smc.ac.ir/article_27103_5c1d3094cb6ad88a8fe5a64e0bdd8b1e.pdf
