Hekami educational design is based on the ruling-ijtihad approach, research is an opportunity for the educational designer to review his assumptions, habits and mental patterns in every educational design and to create a learning model suitable for the situation and conditions and with Mentality and scientific thinking of design. The training designer can explain and interpret the learning and dimensions of change in people according to the desired person by implementing its steps. The stages of Hekami educational design are designed in the first stage based on the explanation and interpretation of the ideal human being and the next stage is designed based on the explanation and interpretation of the researcher human being. Each stage is carried out with the methods of qualitative research by exploring the sources that can explain the desired person and the researcher, and then to explain and interpret the change of the researcher to the desired person, educational design elements that include the explanation and interpretation of learning dimensions, learning goals The role and skill of the teacher and student is to prepare content and select media/extra media, teaching and evaluation, inference and inference. In this study, the ideal human being was explained and the elements of educational design based on it were explained and interpreted. This research has been ongoing since 2017. In fact, the first educational design is based on a native perspective, and as a new theory, it provides a different look at the dimensions of learning and educational design compared to all existing paradigms and approaches. The researcher's concern was to first design an educational design model with a different perspective by using a native approach and then to suggest the appropriate desirability with the perspective of education and higher education in the country and the world.
