Among important issues discussed by divine religions as well as a serious concern of the modern time has been the right of other human beings and the way these rights are observed. God in Abrahamic religions have numerous attributes but divine mercy, affection and benevolence which are all-encompassing attributes are mostly devoted to His creatures. In Judaism and Islam, mercy and affection are most notable divine attributes from which Man and the whole universe benefit in every moments of their lives. In Judaism tradition, God is the mere affection. He is beneficent and merciful and to save His creatures and bestowing mercy on them became manifest in the form of god the son and suffered crucifixion to save Man from the sin. Analyzing themes in holy texts of Abrahamic religions reveal that altruism is not limited to the kind of human. In the altruistic themes, the concept of “other” embraces God, Man and the rest of creatures. Thus, an altruist Man is one that is divinely motivated to step toward conciliating the agonies of “others”, either of humankind or non-humankind. Yet, concern for the kind of human is emphasized more intensively. According to Abrahamic religions, all human beings are of the same descent. Oneness in lineage, equality and commonalities in humanity lay the groundwork of an altruistic anthropology.
