Abstract
The phenomenon of "police entrapment," particularly when directed at blue-collar criminals, represents a critical nexus between "state authority" and "human dignity." This research seeks to answer: "What structural conflicts does entrapment targeting blue-collar criminals have with the four principles of Fitrah, inherent dignity, free will, and the prohibition of deceit in religious governance?" The findings reveal an inherent fourfold conflict: transforming government from a "gardener" to a "hunter" of the poor; reducing citizens to "easily accessible tools" for crime detection; creating "manufactured determinism" within conditions of deprivation; and violating the implicit covenant of honesty. Governmental jurisprudence confirms that active entrapment of blue-collar criminals lacks religious legitimacy. A comparative analysis of U.S. Supreme Court jurisprudence in Sherman (1958) and Jacobson (1992) demonstrates that American legal doctrine has reached consistent conclusions. Consequently, a transition to "prior and active judicial oversight" is essential.
