Human’s life becomes meaningful and valuable when the purpose of his creation becomes true. The investigation of nature’s role in the case of special human’s creation is related to the meaningfulness of human’s life. In this study, first we will explain first nature and second nature with descriptive-analysis method and from Mullah Sadra’s point of view and then, we explain his view about nature and its role in human’s life. In this study, as a result, you can see that Mulla Sadra’s view about nature and his category, first nature and second nature, causes to recognize the meaningfulness of life’s subject. Moreover, Mullah Sadra’s concentration on second birth from two aspects, mind and act, results in a general and new image of the meaningfulness of life.
