Shariah and the objectives behind it are among critical issues the bases of which are postulated in Quran and other sources of jurisprudence. This theory has touched Ejtihad and put efficiency and vigor in it. Multiple goals and objectives are considered for Shariah the classifications of which include necessities, requirements and motivations. In one more classification it involves those related to individuals, family, nation and Man. The current research has shed light on those aspects of Shariah that concerns Man. In spite of its care for Muslims and believers, Islam is concerned with human objectives such as self–respect, rationality, dignity, saving parentage (originality), security, justice, philanthropy, global peace, respecting Man’s esteem and fulfilling the state of Man’s Caliphate in earth that are far beyond the boundaries of religion and all outlined in religious laws.
