Understanding the ontology and anthropology of each school can familiarize us with the depth of each thinker's viewpoint and reveal its degree of conformity or fundamental contradictions in its application and implementation in any society. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to understand Freud's ontology and anthropology as a central perspective in the field of psychotherapy and to examine its degree of conformity and contradiction with the Islamic ideas of the Iranian-Islamic society. The method of this study was to use Schleiermacher's classical hermeneutics, which can achieve an interpretation beyond the author with an objective view and free from misunderstanding. Such an interpretation can be calculated through two grammatical and psychological methods in dealing with the text, while using inductive and deductive logic. The findings of this study showed that Freud finds the world in the struggle for tension and tension relief, and man, as a component in existence, has life and death instincts that provide the need for tension and tension relief in him in line with harmony with existence. The individual's responsibility in this perspective is to recognize this mechanism and remove the veil-forming credentials that block the activity of instincts. On the other hand, the Islamic perspective focuses on creativity and the continuous striving of existence. Continuous creation is interpreted as a divine attribute, directed towards the Creator of existence, and man is interpreted as a divine vicegerent, a medium for the blessing of beings and connection to the Creator of existence. In such a similarity, Islam does not accept the perspective of the aimless striving of existence and interprets every action and movement in line with the centrality of existence and its creativity. Understanding the Freudian and Islamic developed human can be helpful in applying such theories in Islamic society
